 A gentle, all levels, yoga flow class; somatic movement and breathwork techniques will be used to connect to stillness internally. allowing for dissolving of duality and coming to the understanding that we are all one collective consciousness, in Unity. ending with a guided meditation to help practitioners connect with the participants around them.

Are you carrying any tension in your body? (Can I get a hell yeah?) Come stretch and  loosen up so you’re ready to boogie all weekend long. Your body is a reflection of your emotional world so whatever you’re holding onto is going to show up in your tissues. Join me in giving yourself some space and letting some of that shit go. I’ll lead you in a stretching session so you can dance until the sun comes up. We’ll talk a little bit about the science behind fascia, and then get a little vibey as we set intentions for the rest of the festival. We’ll also go over some basic acupressure points for nervous system regulation so you’ll be equipped to ground yourself and help your festy fam if things get spicy.
